Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all restaurant functions, including opening, mid-, or closing shifts and guest relations. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, manage staffing levels, and ensure an exceptional dining experience with top-notch service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable performance, and the ability to coach and mentor staff toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid track record of upward career progression.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and motivated.
• Able to work ten-hour-plus shifts, with extensive standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening, mid-, or closing shifts and guest relations.
• Supervise FOH/BOH staff and scheduling.
• Maintain proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping, safety and pace.
• Coach and mentor staff to achieve performance and growth.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting and departmental goals.
