Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all restaurant functions, including opening and closing shifts, guest relations, and supervision of FOH/BOH staff. Qualifications

• 2–5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work ten-hour-plus shifts with standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Open, mid-, or closing shifts; guest relations and staff supervision.
• Manage FOH/BOH staffing, ambiance, and housekeeping.
• Set staffing levels, scheduling, and develop staff; oversee financial goals.
