Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill in Los Angeles is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintain a welcoming, high-performance environment.

You will open, run, and close shifts, coach staff, monitor service quality, maintain safety and cleanliness, manage scheduling and financial goals, and drive career development within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Must possess strong leadership skills.
• Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and motivated.
• Able to work ten-hour-plus shifts, with extensive standing/walking.
• May lift materials and/or products up to 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Open, mid-, or close shifts and oversee guest relations.
• Supervise FOH/BOH staff and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping, setup, quality, safety and pace.
• Staff development, scheduling, and financial goal management.
