Panini Kabob Grill seeks a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, including guest relations, staffing, and daily performance. You will oversee both FOH and BOH teams, maintain quality and safety standards, and drive a positive guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage long shifts, with a focus on coaching staff and maintaining an upbeat dining environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and reliable.
• Able to work ten-hour-plus shifts and stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening, mid, or closing shifts and guest relations.
• Supervise FOH/BOH staff and staffing levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping, and food & beverage quality.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service and drive performance.
• Address unexpected problems or emergencies and manage the work group.
