Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from welcome to departure. You will lead staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations to uphold quality, consistency, and service standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of managerial experience in full‑service dining, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work 10+ hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Must possess strong leadership skills.
• Solid track record of success and upward career progression.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening, mid-, or closing shifts and guest relations.
• Supervise all FOH/BOH staff and staffing levels.
• Ensure proper restaurant ambiance and housekeeping.
• Maintain food & beverage quality, safety, and service pace.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, financial goals, and staff development.
