Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill in San Diego seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a full-service team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The GM will oversee opening/closing shifts, supervise front and back-of-house staff, maintain quality and safety standards, and drive a high-energy service culture.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of team development, and the ability to manage long shifts with an emphasis on hospitality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of upward career progression.
• Able to work ten-hour shifts and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open, mid-, or closing shifts and guest relations.
• Supervise FOH/BOH staff and staffing levels.
• Maintain proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping, and food & beverage quality.
• Staff scheduling, training, development, mentoring, and safety management.
