Team Lyders Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell location in Marshalltown, IA, ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction, and profitable operations.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety, and drive initiatives that elevate the guest experience while sustaining a positive, energetic work culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends.
