El Pollo Loco is seeking a General Manager in Lynwood, CA to oversee full restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure adherence to company policies. You will lead staffing, training, and performance management to achieve sales and profitability targets.

The role requires strong leadership, emphasis on guest service, food safety, and adherence to all EPL standards. A path to growth within the Operations team is highlighted.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred in QSR.
• Demonstrates leadership, coaching, and adherence to standards.

Responsabilidades

• Strategically manages, coaches, and recognizes team performance.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures and restaurant setup.
• Optimizes labor planning and scheduling to meet targets.
• Provides hands-on support across all restaurant workstations.
• Monitors food production to align with cost standards.
• Ensures health, safety, and QSC standards across the team.
