The GM will manage staffing, safety, onboarding, performance plans, and staffing schedules while driving strong financial results and a high-performing team across all restaurant operations.

• Create and manage staff schedules and performance plans.
• Own the performance and culture of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant timely with carefully selected team.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is safe for all.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure proper execution.
• Write and monitor development and performance plans.
• Make final hiring/separation decisions following procedures.
• Create schedules considering sales, payroll, and overtime.
• Own the performance of the entire team.
• Foster culture through respect, recognition, and reward.
• Audit operations and drive improvements.
• Understand budget and cost trends; create a business plan.
• Perform financial analysis and control costs.
• Set aggressive goals to drive metrics.
• Maintain standards and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coach and develop staff using company tools.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Support Center and District Manager.
