Donatos Pizza is hiring a General Manager in Dublin, OH. You will lead People Development and Operations Excellence while driving sales growth and guest satisfaction. The GM coaches the team, manages staffing, and ensures adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee training, on-boarding, performance coaching, and daily operations to deliver consistent, high-quality results and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including opening, mid and closing shifts.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Level 2 ServSafe certification required.
• Internal candidates must complete required training and development activities within the Donatos Training Roadmap.

Responsabilités

• Empowers associates to resolve customer concerns and fulfill the Mission & Promise.
• On-boards and trains new associates and clarifies roles and expectations.
• Models performance standards and coaches the team for results.
• Manages staffing to align with volume and adjusts as needed.
• Controls cash and assets per policy and ensures food safety compliance.
• Engages with the local community to build partnerships and drive sales growth.
