Donatos Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Lancaster, OH. You will develop people, drive performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing P&L and food safety standards.

This role requires strong leadership, training, and operational excellence with a focus on staffing, budgeting, and community engagement. A flexible schedule including openings, mid shifts, and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Level 2 ServSafe certification
• Internal candidates must complete required training and development activities within Donatos Training Roadmap, demonstrate impact on Mission & Promise and SVR

Responsibilities

• Empowers associates to resolve customer concerns to satisfaction
• Ensures proper onboarding and training for new associates
• Models performance standards and coaches the team
• Maintains optimal staffing across volume periods and adjusts as needed
• Controls cash and assets and adheres to cash handling policies
• Engages with the local community and builds partnerships for sales growth
• Manages food cost, waste, portioning, inventory and theft prevention
• Trains and enforces operating norms including safety and cleanliness
• Opens/closes the restaurant with proper administrative procedures
• Addresses customer needs and resolves complaints
• Ensures product quality meets Donatos standards
• Implements food safety and personal hygiene standards
• Coaches team toward restaurant and personal development goals
• Communicates performance expectations and progress toward objectives
• Accounts for P&L results and drives cost reductions
• Monitors sales and adjusts projections; conducts meetings
