Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Level 2 ServSafe certification required.
• Experience in restaurant management preferred.

• Ensures on-boarding and training for new associates and clarifies roles.
• Directs staffing to match volume; adjusts schedules for business needs.
• Monitors cash handling, asset controls, and food safety compliance.
