The role requires managing staffing, training, and daily operations, ensuring food safety, and delivering consistent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• External candidates: 1 year in a similar role preferred.
• Internal candidates: must complete required training within Donatos Training Roadmap.
• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Empowers associates to resolve customer concerns to satisfaction.
• Ensures proper onboarding and training for new associates.
• Models performance standards and coaches the team.
• Manages staffing levels across shifts and adjusts for volume.
• Controls cash and assets according to policies.
• Engages with the local community to build partnerships and drive sales.
• Manages food costs, waste, portioning, and inventory.
• Ensures adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Communicates performance expectations and provides ongoing feedback.
• Accountable for P&L results and cost reduction opportunities.
• Prepares and participates in meetings for product rollouts, new openings, and operational systems.
