Job summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a General Manager in Ohio to lead People Development, Operations Excellence, Sales Growth and guest hospitality.

You’ll coach the team, manage staffing and costs, and ensure food safety while upholding Donatos standards. This role reports to the restaurant leadership team and focuses on delivering the Mission & Promise.

External candidates are welcome; strong leadership, training, and P&L ownership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Level 2 ServSafe certification.
• Internal Candidates must complete required training and development activities within Donatos Training Roadmap, demonstrate ability to impact MPA and SVR.

Responsibilities

• Empowers associates to resolve customer concerns and meet hospitality standards.
• Manages staffing levels and adjusts for volume changes.
• Controls cash and assets; adheres to cash handling policies.
• Engages with the local community to build partnerships and drive sales growth.
• Enforces food safety, sanitation, and Donatos standards.
• Coaches and counsels team; communicates performance expectations and progress toward goals.
