• Onboards and trains new staff and clarifies roles.
• Directs and coaches the team to meet performance standards and ensure operations.
• Manages staffing levels and adjusts for business volume.
• Ensures cash handling policies are followed and assets are controlled.
• Leads community engagement and partnership opportunities to drive sales.
• Maintains food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
