The GM will drive staffing decisions, training, and performance feedback, while engaging with the community and managing financial results to deliver the Donatos Mission & Promise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Level 2 ServSafe certification.
• External candidates: 1 year in similar role preferred.
• Internal candidates: 6 months Donatos experience preferred, management experience required.
• Can execute all items on the GM readiness checklist.

Responsibilities

• Empowers restaurant associates to make decisions to satisfy customers.
• Ensures proper onboarding and training for all new associates.
• Coaches the team to achieve restaurant and personal development goals.
• Manages staffing levels and adjusts for volume and business needs.
• Controls cash, assets, and adherence to cash handling policies.
• Engages the local community and builds partnerships to drive sales.
