Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchisee in the US, seeks a General Manager to lead a team, deliver outstanding product quality, service, and store profitability at one of our Wisconsin Marco’s locations. You will recruit and develop staff, manage schedules and payroll, control inventory and costs, and drive KPIs while maintaining a safe, clean dining environment.

Weekend availability and a passion for customer satisfaction are essential.

Formación

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop staff to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Manage inventory par levels, ordering, and weekly audits.
• Create store Action Plans and marketing to improve the business.
• Monitor weekly KPIs and drive toward goals.
• Ensure store exterior and interior are well maintained and secure deposits as required.
