Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, develop team members, ensure top product quality and customer service, and drive sales growth across locations.

You will be responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews while maintaining cost controls and a world-class operation. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach.

Qualificações

• 3 years of leadership experience is required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Able to work about 50 hours per week, including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and manage costs for the restaurant.
