Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US with over 100 locations, seeks a General Manager to lead and develop team members, ensure product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs. You will recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff to sustain a world-class operation.

Responsibilities include managing inventory and payroll, reporting KPIs, and collaborating with the home office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to relocate as part of expansion.
