You will drive sales, control costs, manage inventory, scheduling and payroll, and monitor weekly KPIs to improve the operation.

Requirements: 3 years leadership, 1 year restaurant experience, ability to lead up to 20 teammates, ~50 hours/week including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper par levels.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll and benefits processes.
• Monitor weekly KPIs and drive action plans.
