Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking a General Manager in Franklin, Wisconsin. You will lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service, while driving sales and controlling costs.

You will recruit and train staff, set schedules, manage KPIs, and ensure standards for cleanliness and safety. The role may require relocation as part of our expansion.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant
• Source and interview store employees to ensure they embrace company values
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and sanitation
• Complete weekly inventory and end-of-period inventory
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and action plans to improve the business
• Maintain store exterior and security procedures for deposits and safe
