Job summary

Nbutexas in Davidson, NC seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on leader will optimize service, food quality, and financial performance in a high-volume environment.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly staff, drive guest satisfaction, oversee scheduling, inventory, and P&L, and build a positive, accountable culture focused on operational excellence

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily front and back of house operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
• Drive guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.
• Manage P&L, labor, food cost, beverage cost, and controllable expenses.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, ordering, and financial performance.
