Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management, including recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating staff.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting, financial reporting, and achieving sales/goals.
• Hands-on experience with daily restaurant operations, including scheduling and inventory control.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and guest issue resolution.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and coach restaurant staff and management teams.
