Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, create and interpret general business documents.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Driver’s License, a good driving record, and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities and employees of the restaurant.
• Conduct interviews and manage staffing as per company policies.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Admin duties including scheduling and inventory management.
• Resolve customer complaints and report incidents to supervisors.

Skills

Good computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
