Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single restaurant, directing a team of 10-45 employees. This role drives guest satisfaction, profitability, and staff development while reporting to a District Manager across all shifts.

The RGM leads the management team, ensures cash controls, and complies with company policies and regulations. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Competenze

• Must be at least eighteen years of age and able to work long/irregular shifts
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and its impact on profitability
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work to meet deadlines
