Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, focus on profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage a team, oversee scheduling, and drive local marketing efforts to attract guests.

The role requires leadership, a strong understanding of P&L, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The RGM will report to the District Manager and oversee a team of 20–45 employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.
• Ability to lead a team and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Owns restaurant P&L and drives profitability.
• Leads recruitment, training, and team development.
• Schedules labor and manages staffing to meet demand.
• Ensures compliance with laws and brand standards.
• Delivers exceptional guest service and handles guest feedback.
• Performs duties of assistant manager as needed.
