Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensures preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed to standard.
• Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service; provides coaching.
• Manages inventory, labor, and applies financial reporting analysis to improve results.
• Leads recruiting, hiring, and retention of restaurant staff across shifts.
