Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations, including food production and guest service.
• Plan and manage People processes including Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding, Staffing, and Performance Management.
• Train, coach and motivate team members.
• Plan for inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Enforce food safety measures to McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee maintenance and daily operations to meet standards of excellence
