6023 Gilroy-Chestnut McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, overseeing food production, guest service and crew management in a fast-paced franchise setting.

You’ll recruit, onboard, schedule, coach and develop staff, manage inventory and costs, ensure food safety, and maintain exceptional service and safety standards. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
• Provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the experience: manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production and guest service.
• Plan for success by leading People processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing and performance management.
• Train, coach and motivate the team to meet standards.
• Plan for and manage inventory, budget and food ordering/costs.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Maintain high level of safety for guests and employees.
• Oversee all operational needs and maintenance to exceed standards of excellence.
