Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a Papa John's restaurant in Ohio.

The GM will ensure high quality products and superior customer service while driving profitability, acting as a self-sufficient leader who enforces company policies and standards. The role requires recruiting and developing a strong team, meeting sales and budget goals, and maintaining safety and compliance with laws.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members and ensuring orders meet Papa John's standards.
• Actively recruit customer-focused staff, maintain staffing levels, train team members, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by delivering prompt service and driving local marketing and community presence.
• Control costs (food, labor, and others) within budget and implement plans to improve profits using the FOCUS System.
