Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members and ensuring orders meet Papa John's standards.
• Actively recruit customer-focused staff, maintain staffing levels, train team members, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by delivering prompt service and driving local marketing and community presence.
• Control costs (food, labor, and others) within budget and implement plans to improve profits using the FOCUS System.
