Papa John’s is seeking a General Manager for our Trenton, Ohio location to oversee all restaurant operations and ensure high-quality products and outstanding customer service. You will lead a self-sufficient team, enforce Company policies, procedures, and systems, and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices.

You will recruit and train staff, manage staffing levels, drive sales and profitability, control costs, oversee inventory and maintenance, and maintain a safe, clean restaurant

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Two years restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members, ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order.
• Recruit customer-focused team members, maintain adequate staffing levels, orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, establish performance expectations, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales goals against budget by providing prompt and friendly customer service; build check averages through training on products and sales execution; seek additional sales through local restaurant marketing and community presence.
• Manage profit goals against budget; ensure food, labor and other costs stay within budget; plan and manage inventory; oversee maintenance and safety standards.
