Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver financial results. This role requires hands-on leadership to recruit, train, and develop teams while upholding food quality and safety standards.

You will coach and mentor managers, optimize scheduling and labor costs, manage inventory, and drive sales through local marketing and exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
