Popeyes is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold high food quality, guest service, and cleanliness, and drive overall performance. You will recruit, train, and develop top talent while modeling a positive, high-energy culture that reflects our brand values.

As a General Manager, you will manage inventory and costs, optimize scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks, and partner with local marketing to grow sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• General Manager or Assistant GM experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
