Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs.
• Train the management team and crew using current training system.
• Design a development plan with each employee to improve performance.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and cost controls to meet company standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure adherence to cash procedures and professional appearance.
• Represent the company as a professional at all times.
