Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Strong conflict-resolution and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to manage guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train the management team and crew; evaluate performance and design development plans.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and cash procedures to meet company standards.
