Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead food and beverage operations at one of its premium hotel restaurants. This senior leadership role blends operations, people development, and financial accountability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will recruit and mentor managers and front‑of‑house staff, drive profitability through cost control and accurate forecasting, and partner with the Executive Chef and beverage team to elevate the dining program.

Qualifications

• Senior restaurant leadership in a high-volume hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Proven ability to own P&L, labor, and food costs.
• Experience in wine/beverage program management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel restaurant operations across multiple meal periods in a high-volume environment.
• Recruit, direct, and develop a team of restaurant managers and front-of-house staff.
• Drive performance through systems, standards, and protocols across shifts and meals.
• Own the restaurant’s financial performance including budgets, labor cost, and forecasting.
