Golden Corral is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, train the Co-worker team, and uphold guest satisfaction while driving financial results. You will be responsible for daily leadership, staff development, and ensuring consistent quality across service, food safety, and ambiance.

We require a strong management background in high-volume casual dining, business or hospitality training, and completion of the company’s management program.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education/training in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant standards are communicated, trained and maintained.
• Lead team to achieve financial results and guest service excellence.
