The role requires a strong management track record in high-volume settings, the completion of the company’s management training program, and 55–58 hours per week with some travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable managerial work history in high-volume casual dining.
• Experience managing restaurant operations and teams.
• Completion of Golden Corral's management training program.
