You’ll manage hiring, onboarding, and development, empowering managers and crew to advance their careers while maintaining CHAMPS standards and corporate policies.

You’ll analyze financials, optimize scheduling, control budgets, and drive profitability without compromising service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing teams.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and orient Team Members and Shift Leads to build a strong team.
• Develop and oversee training plans and development initiatives.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards.
• Analyze P&L and manage budgets to maximize profitability without compromising guest experience.
• Lead product rollout meetings and monitor digital presence and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive work environment and resolve conflicts promptly.
