Qualifications

• 5 years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, inventory, and labor management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop training plans and mentor managers and trainers.
• Schedule staff and coach on CHAMPS standards.
