Huddle House is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in the Southeast, ensuring hospitality and people focus while delivering strong financial results. You will supervise managers and team members, oversee recruiting, scheduling, and training, and partner with district leadership to execute the business plan.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.
• Current ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through training programs.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and commitment to objectives.
• Control payroll to meet company labor cost standards and manage inventory to GAP standards.
• Set an example with excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and technology.
