Huddle House is seeking a General Manager responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring quality of service and customer satisfaction. The role includes coaching, mentoring, and caring for the team to create a positive work environment and dining experience.

The General Manager will lead by example, oversee budgets, and drive local community engagement to grow sales while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication with hourly staff.
• Ability to cover all shifts during operation.
• Previous restaurant experience required.
• ServSafe Certification within 3 months of acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgets focusing on cost of goods sold and EBITDA.
• Manage daily paperwork at unit level (sales reports, red book, inventories).
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete monthly unit inspections using the red book form.
• Order all food and supplies daily to operate the unit.
• Hire and discipline staff members.
• Develop a staff member to assume duties when you are out.
• Hold monthly meetings with employees to communicate relevant info.
• Establish a visible community presence to drive business and sales.
• Enforce brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all HR paperwork and payroll data are completed correctly.
