Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgets while focusing cost of goods sold and EBITDA.
• Manage daily unit paperwork, sales reports, and payroll data to ensure profitability.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the unit.
• Order all food and supplies needed to operate the unit daily.
• Hire and discipline staff members.
• Develop staff to assume duties when you are out of the unit.
• Hold monthly staff meetings to discuss relevant information.
• Establish a visible community presence to drive business and sales.
• Enforce brand standards, policies and procedures.
• Train staff on POS, back-of-house, and front-of-house operations.
