As a brand ambassador, you will drive financial performance, maintain standards, and collaborate with the District Manager. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive mindset to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.
• Current ServSafe Certification

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed and POP/menu boards are installed.
• Lead and train Team Members to meet hospitality and brand standards.
• Control payroll to meet labor cost targets and manage inventory.
• Review P/Ls with District Manager and ensure HR/safety policies are followed.
