Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant operations, drive team performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and manage inventory, costs, and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership in restaurant management, strong communication, and solid P&L understanding. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
