Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen with P&L understanding. Flexibility in hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Coach staff to hit goals and deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory, food/labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Drive sales growth and local marketing through operational excellence.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
• Build a positive team culture aligned with Popeyes values.
