Popeyes is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-growing brand. You will recruit and develop talent, manage costs, and cultivate a positive, high-energy culture that reflects Popeyes values.

You’ll oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily operations while pursuing operational excellence and financial goals. This is a dynamic, on-site leadership role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with excellent communication.
• Financial and business acumen including P&L understanding.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach teams and managers to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through local marketing and operational excellence.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
