Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead our restaurant and drive outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure top-quality food, service, and cleanliness.

We're looking for 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You’ll manage scheduling, costs, and local marketing while building a positive, high-energy culture and delivering results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Financial acumen including P&L understanding.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Coach managers to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth through local marketing and operational excellence.
