Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will recruit, train, and coach the team, manage inventory and costs, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will also drive local marketing and sales growth while maintaining a positive, inclusive work culture. The role requires leadership, 3–5 years in restaurant management, and a high school diploma (Bachelor's a plus).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Financial acumen including P&L awareness and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to maintain high food quality and guest service.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Coach staff to achieve goals and deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
