Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to partner with the District Manager and lead daily store operations in Indiana. You’ll drive exceptional guest service, manage front- and back-of-house teams, and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, a passion for hospitality, and a proven ability to coach staff, optimize operations, and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service/retail/restaurants.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the District Manager.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop front- and back-of-house teams.
